Michael Karlin, Ph.D.

Description

Two fundamental shifts have occurred in the understanding our very nature as human beings. Research in neuroscience, evolutionary biology, and other fields is converging to suggest the idea human beings are neither innately mutually and destructively competitive or separate. Rather, because we have the need for maternal care and community at the core of our existence, human beings are fundamentally compassionate at our core. The second shift is the  understanding of neuroplasticity, meaning we have the ability to change our brains by consciously and rationally practicing compassionate integrity.

Why you should watch

Gain an understanding of the skills necessary to lead with compassionate integrity.
